Sweet Sports Management is an NBPA certified agency guiding the careers of talented athletes. Our Founder built the agency from his desire to put relationships first. Something he felt was lacking during his time as a division one athlete. He also wanted athletes to have the option of someone representing them that they could relate to, count on, and someone that also was a division one athlete and played the game.
We are well equipped and connected to guide athletes throughout their playing career and help them secure partnerships, marketing opportunities, and playing contracts. Patrick Bias II - NBA Agent
Patrick has a tremendous background in sports and marketing. He's worked in marketing, finance and community relations roles at Wasserman, The PGA Tour, and Procter & Gamble. He’s developed relationships with stakeholders and high level executives that have continued to grow well beyond his time in those roles. In his professional career Patrick has developed relationships and partnerships with brands such as Lexus, HEB, Main Event, F45, Supergoop, Huron Skincare, Old Spice, Spotify, Duck Donuts, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Great American Cookies, FritoLay, Minutae Coffee, Fleet Feet, Alamo Bowl, Chickfila, Valero, Marble Slab, Natural Grocers, Stretch Lab, 91.3 K Love, and more.
Patrick holds a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is completing his MBA at the University of Florida.

DeAnn Bias - Executive Director of Operations
As Director of Basketball Operations at Sweet Sports Management, DeAnn brings a wealth of experience and a results-driven approach to athlete representation and development. With a strong foundation in negotiation strategies, contract management, and client satisfaction, DeAnn ensures that every athlete receives the personalized care and positive outcomes they deserve.
DeAnn draws on a diverse background that includes healthcare administration, commercial and personal banking, human resource management, AAU basketball team management, and private equity investment. This range of experience provides her with a unique perspective and skill set that enhances the agency’s capabilities in managing the athlete experience from High School to the professional level.
Before joining the sports agency industry, DeAnn also honed her skills in real estate, where she developed marketing strategies that are second to none, delivering proven results for clients. This background provides DeAnn with extensive knowledge of contracts, inspections, and appraisals, which translates seamlessly into managing the complexities of athlete contracts and endorsements.
A proud graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Sociology, DeAnn is a member of several esteemed organizations, including the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. This network and experience have equipped DeAnn with the tools to navigate both the sports and business worlds effectively.
